Nurturing the Future Leaders of Rescue
Paw Scouts
We’ve launched a new program to develop the Future Leaders of Rescue, and we need your help to make it grow! We created Paw Scouts on the idea that if we recognize and reward kids today, they’ll grow into the rescue leaders of tomorrow.
If you have a child in your home, or are young at heart yourself, Paw Scouts is the perfect way to get involved in the rescue process. Once the registration form is completed, all new Paw Scouts will receive an exclusive backpack. In addition to using this pack to carry leashes, toys, treats and other rescue gear, they’ll receive special pins to add to their pack for each important task they complete—from adoption completions and helping with chores to taking walks and joining you at adoption events. The more pins they receive, the higher-level Paw Scout they become!
You don’t need to be a foster family to participate in Paw Scouts; all you need to do is register! Take a look through our FAQs below to find all the information you need to engage your child in the wonderful world of rescue.
